Kaleido Core Values

Kaleido Biosciences brought their entire team together for the first time since COVID began to align on the year's goals, and launch three new Core Values that would guide them through the next phase of the company's growth: We Are Bold; We Have Heart; We Succeed Together.

To highlight Kaleido's exciting science and team atmosphere, they partnered with VOYAGER to outline each new value. We asked employees which is their favorite new value, and how it spoke to what they loved doing within their company. The resulting videos were used on LinkedIn and job sites to drive new attention to their postings and help fuel their hiring.
